A little about me
My name is Morgan LaDuca and I’m a licensed therapist, currently completing the requirements for a Certified Mental Performance Consultant under the mentorship of Olivia Wyatt, Ph.D., CMPC. I help people feel steadier, think more clearly, and do their best when it matters.
My own path started on the soccer field. I played at both the Division I and II levels, and I learned early how much the way you think shapes the way you play, and how easy it is to get in your own way.
I earned my Master of Social Work at Stockton University, and I have more than five years of experience in schools, residential facilities, and correctional facilities. Most recently I’ve worked with athletes in soccer, hockey, lacrosse, football, gymnastics, basketball, and more.
Today I do two kinds of work. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Vermont and Massachusetts, offering therapy to anyone in either state, and I coach athletes on the mental side of their game. They are different kinds of help, and I’ll always be clear about which one we’re doing.
This work is personal to me. I believe that small shifts in how you think can lead to big changes in how you play, and how you live.
